We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all our shoes. Expected delivery times:

Switzerland:                  3-4 business days
Europe & Worldwide:  1-2 weeks

You will receive a tracking number via email at the time of shipping. Items will be shipped from Basel, Switzerland. Please note, for international orders, you may incur an import duty or fee by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. We are not liable for these possible charges, which we cannot reimburse to you. If you are unsure whether this applies to your country, please contact your local customs authority to find out more.


Returns

Please carefully check the shoe dimensions diagram in the product photos and the size conversion table (in the How They Fit section of this page) before ordering, as our wool tweed shoes are designed to fit men with narrower feet. In the event that you are not satisfied with your shoes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The shoes must be unused and in the original, unblemished condition that you received it. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet so the soles do not get scuffed. Write to us at info@jajagenau.com, include a photo of your payment receipt, and we will guide you through the return process. Any returned item not in its original, new condition will not be eligible for a refund.
