Refund policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your shoes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The shoes must be unused and in the original, unblemished condition that you received it. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet. Simply write to us at info@jajagenau.com, include a scan of your payment receipt, and we will guide you through the process. Any returned item not in its original, new condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not cover return shipping costs and recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance. However, if you would like to exchange your shoes for another size, we offer FREE shipping on the replacement shoes to you. Once your returned shoes are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the shoes. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund or exchange. If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed quickly.
