Standard shoe measurements vary in different regions around the world. Please refer to our size conversion table below to determine your respective size. These are only general measurements, and our shoes are true to size. For example, if you typically wear a Size 10, you can order a Size 10 in our Ja Ja Genau shoes.

To get the most accurate sizing, we recommend that you:  

• Measure your feet while wearing the socks you'd expect to wear with our shoes.
• Measure your feet in the afternoon because they typically expand a little during the course of an average walking day.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all our shoes. Expected delivery times:

Switzerland:                  3-4 business days
Europe & Worldwide:  1-2 weeks

You will receive a tracking number via email at the time of shipping. Items will be shipped from Basel, Switzerland. Please note, for international orders, you may incur an import duty or fee by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. We are not liable for these possible charges, which cannot be reimbursed by Ja Ja Genau. If you are unsure whether this applies to your country, please contact your local customs authority to find out more.


Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your shoes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The shoes must be unused and in the original, unblemished condition that you received it. (We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet). Simply write to us at info@jajagenau.com, include a scan of your payment receipt, and we will guide you through the return process. Any returned item not in its original, new condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not cover return shipping costs and recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance. However, if you would like to exchange your shoes for another size, we offer FREE shipping on the replacement shoes to you. Once your returned shoes are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the shoes. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within a few days.
